Return Policy

We do not accept returns on products that have been opened, used or removed from their packaging in any way. We apologize for the inconvenience!

Hair Color

If you are having challenges or unhappy with a color or haircut service, let us know within 7 days of the booked service and we will be happy to make any corrections needed within limitations as there are no refunds on services. 

Lashes

Please arrive with clean lashes & no eye makeup on.

Cancellations/Missed Appointments

Please give us 24 hrs notice to cancel your scheduled appointment. If you miss an appointment or do not give 24 hours notice, we ask that you pay 50% of the missed appointment before you can make your next appointment. Thank you for understanding our time is valuable!
